Im tempted to write up a big pro vs con post for the 3a Ray Vs Rex. But long story short i think Rex is pretty much the better figure but if i was to keep one of them it would be Ray. And id keep Ray due to sentiment towards the Ray in general not the actual product. But saying that theres nothing wrong with Ray at all, its a must have. But in the future im likely going to sell Rex.

Well for instance, i wouldnt of got my Chris Redfields, Weskers and jill Valentine Hot Toys if i hadnt sold a bunch of Hot Toy Predators. I wouldnt of got my Metal Gears if it wasnt for selling my Resident Evil Hot toys. And i wouldnt get future items without parting with my current. But as with Hot Toys Resident Evil i hav kept battlesuit Jill. I will Keep the MG Ray.

But i cant afford to keep everything so i rotate

Sell...HT WESKER?! WHY?! Sell Jill, Battle Suit Jill! I would never get rid of HT Wesker! I still envy Pliss for having Wesker! I don't like RE5 outside of some...ok designs here and there but why?

My general queue for selling stuff is...if I lose interest in it or find something superior. I had the Play Arts Dark Knight Trilogy Batman but saw the Hot Toys ones (at the time of buying I didn't know much on Hot Toys) and simply needed it more due to it looking so good and the PAK just looking way out of place compared to my Hot Toys. Same with my Joker and Man of Steel PAK, though I still need to get rid of my PAK Batman.

Id of never had the good stuff in the first place if i didnt sell on other good stuff! Besides, i think i said maybe over a year ago now. Maybe up to 2 years, that if they made a Ray id rather that as i have more sentiment. But my loss, another ones gain! Im getting HT Raiden and that will be a keeper unless theres something seriously wrong with it.

I must admit i do miss having Midnight Wesker. The figure is probably one of the best, and to couple it with Battlesuit Jill really works well.

Collectibles are really expensive, no doubt. But, if you're short on cash, it's best to find just one or a few GREAT collectibles from the franchises that you love and stick with them.

New batteries! No balls to get ray started yet. Maybe sometime this week. Also sent all four of my amnur sculpts to peteskywalker to be painted! Cant wait. I won a olive shirt on ebay too for old bb. My stuff is almost complete!

anubis, i changed the placement of the blue ones to the front instead of the sides so the correct part actually lights up as well. i personally thought it wasnt that hard but you can look at my albums in my flickr page if you want pics of everything done. i also can do it for you if youd like. i installed a secondary switch to make it so you can have just the nose on with the spotlights off too. pm me if you want yours done.

It does sound viscous honestly, I couldn't do that...save up for a big collectible, then sell it for another one and then repeat. It...kinda defeats the purpose. I only sell what I don't want anymore or that could fetch a huge profit without any regrets

I just got Ada, she's purty : Battle Suit Jill is such a whore though technically I have my Leon but he's custom like Pliss's.

Saw this at a shop today and was wondering if its worth getting?

How much was it mate?
Since it has "Premium Package" on the front it's the Japanese release, as the UK / Aus release has "limited edition premium package" on the front of the box.
For an idea I paid $150 to get one from Japan everything inside is sealed and the outer silver box is perfect. The Japanese ones are pretty easy to find in good condition. Whereas the UK / Aus versions are very hard to find with a good box as most of the time they are beat up! The one you showed looks ok but has a few dings here and there
So if it’s cheap enough its ok, but you could find a better condition one with not much effort

5 different sets of batteries, but got it working. Despite the battery kind that works not being the one advertised on the sideshow website. Unless what they call the battery is different than us brits.

Nice Kiva. I wish they did a better job on the mouth. There are two other sections which should open up, but they neglected to include it and basically gave it the Mass Produced RAY mouth instead.
