How much was it mate?
Since it has "Premium Package" on the front it's the Japanese release, as the UK / Aus release has "limited edition premium package" on the front of the box.
For an idea I paid $150 to get one from Japan everything inside is sealed and the outer silver box is perfect. The Japanese ones are pretty easy to find in good condition. Whereas the UK / Aus versions are very hard to find with a good box as most of the time they are beat up! The one you showed looks ok but has a few dings here and there
So if it’s cheap enough its ok, but you could find a better condition one with not much effort

MGS2 never got a shoutout from Kojima, because it's the worst game in the series. It's all MGS3 and Big Baws and the oh-so-noble sacrifice of the Baws, which will be reiterated in every game till your brains explode.
