I have no idea how hes actually doing that in that gif. It's so funny
- just get the regular, and enjoy the game, the half sized hand is just useful for holding micropeens.
I wanted to share what I believe is the best "purchase plan" mgsv:
- get the special japanese edition: you get the artbook, steelbox and a japanese voice acting if you like that.
- get the CE for the hand, documentary and the dlc.
OR
- just get the regular, and enjoy the game, the half sized hand is just useful for holding napkins maybe.
Thoughts?
Might be good for the Japanese market.
The thing is most of the novels are relevant - this is a collectibles thread, not a general discussion thread and even then, there was no discussion of any kind, and hell, probably no Solid Snake mentionsThe funniest part is the people who write novels usually get mad at us when we tell them we dont wanna read it. Keep it simple and have a conversation if you wish but dont bore us with a long detailed opinion. No one really cares, especially a reall bad opinion at that.
No art book for the Japanese LE, just a lithograph.
That's an odd complaint that actually makes Solid Snake sound even coolerI know I'm the odd man out here when it comes to Solid Snake's character, but for me, he was just a lame version of Wolverine in MGS1. With how preachy it got, he might as well just looked at the screen and said, "Kids, it's okay to be yourself and you can love whoever you want. Now remember, say no to nuclear weapons!"
I think it has the best execution of everything in the entire franchise. The plot in that game is so good, but the characterizations are really silly. I think it has the best cast in the series, but sloppy execution when it comes to dialogue.
In my experience, I have never met a single person, not one, who has actually read a Superman comic, or actually knows the Superman character for that matter, and dislikes him or thinks he's boring, one dimensional, etc etc the only people that say such things (again, in my experience) are people who don't know Superman, the people who are only familiar with the "aura" of the archetype Superman "represents" and has been passed on by the mainstream, but not know Superman himself. With MGS2, Raiden was a much more interesting character, which made Solid Snake seem like such a legendary badass. It's kind of like Superman stories. He's pretty one-dimensional, but if you develop the cast and the world around him, he seems so much more interesting. It falls apart when you put him with the rest of the Justice League, because he can't rely on that "Truth, Justice, and American Way," because every hero has that, plus more depth to their character.
I actually like the ending, because it's a big **** you to the people who wanted Snake to pull the trigger, fans included, Snake's a fighter, he's not giving up.and that dumb ending of making him quiver and shoot the gun—as if he cowardly shot the gun in the air.
That's what I thought but if you translate the page for the Japanese Limited edition it does actually mention an Artbook.
Personally I'm getting the UK collectors edition and hopefully pick up the artbook on eBay. My only worry is the collector edition doesn't sell out and goes for £20 after a few months (Like Risings CE)
Wait what? Just a lithograph?! Meeeeeeeh that's not good news. Play asia listed an artbook. Of course it won't be if the size is like that tiny book in the Legacy Collection first print
Its a really nice figure solidus. Also if you open up his head all his accessories fit inside.

On some other news, I got Nendoroid Snake in the mail!
