I thought it was pretty funny, since the last Uncharted gameplay trailer was almost a remake of MGSV's jeep traversal, only much, much more alive. Dirt actually build up on your jeep & characters. Drake and the NPCs will actually react to mud on their faces and clothes. Water splashes and ripples in every direction, Gas tank and bottles rattle in your jeep. Each blade of grass moves individually. I thought Kojima was the undisputed master of little details. WTF?

I have contacted a zbrush modeler and a 3d print company.I plan to print Venom Snake head, the idroid, the goggle and Snake's gas mask of ep43&51.

These are their 3D print head examples they showed me,in a very high quality.
Any one interested? I'll post for sale once I get the 3D print prototypes.

Call me crazy, but the level of detail in MGSV felt like a GTAV beta, and the graphics look like something released in 2012. I could never find the melting ice cube moment in TPP.

Koji Pro never did a sandbox. Stick to what you're good at and just stick with linear gameplay. PW felt like a quasi Sandbox since there were multiple routes through areas. There was nothing wrong with how the mechanics of built and it should of never deviated from it.

They boasted how large the map was, but it's actually pretty small. In the Afghan map, there's more high hills and mountains that are completely inaccessible than actual reachable areas it seems like. Also the way some of the roads are, it's completely there just to make the game longer which just makes it annoying and tedious. Most times you got to go so ****ing far out of the way to reach an objective since you can't take a direct route there. I know that seems like me just being lazy, but if the area wasn't so drab and boring, I wouldn't complain as much.

Yeah I guess so. I noticed a few routes that were purposefully designed to waste your time, with hills completely blocking your way. It would have been acceptable if there was something to do between enemy outposts, but there was almost noting to do at all.

Hey, remember that animal collecting trophy where they were too lazy to model the 3D animals and instead give us pictorial statistics? Wasn't that great? :rotfl

:lol yeah, only seeing goats and birds... truly revolutionary.

What is this Snake Plissken you're speaking of? Are there like, upgraded clothes or something?

I wanna get Plissken, but I don't have much time to work on the repaint myself.

You'll need more than a repaint. The pants on the figure are so low, you can pull up his shirt and see his butt-crack. It's riddled with so many QC problems out of the box, it'll probably be a good idea to get some replacement clothes or tailor some new ones entirely.

Yeah, it's stuff like that which holds me back from getting it. I need a real 1/6 Snake Plissken someday, it's a MUST for MGS fans. I'll think of something.

The fact that GTA V had more animals said enough for me :lol I was hoping for some mythical creature or something.

GTAV felt alive, especially in the next gen version. Hard to believe that Snake Eater which is over a decade old had several times the amount of content in all the outside areas compared to Fanta Peen.

Yeah I played a lot of the PS3 version with my cousin and thought it was amazing, the PS4 was noticeably better and I loved it. And MGS 3...having replayed that game recently, that is totally true.

I still can't get past how bland and boring the landscapes were in V. No wildlife, whatsoever, except for goats, birds and a few sparsely placed predators. While MGS 3's environment felt alive, the maps in MGS V were only there to run through and get to the next base. Nothing fun to do in-between.

I really hope HT or Enterbay can make a proper Plissken figure one of these days.

There were wolves and coyotes but they were so rare the game had to point it out to me. Pitiful.

MGSV wasn't a quarter of how immersive GTAV was. It's really hard to pull off that magic trick where you felt like you were really there, but GTAV pulled it off. It genuinely felt alive, especially the current gen ports.

In fact, a lot of techniques Kojima pioneered has been outdone by many, many developers that all his empty promises in TPP felt like he was living in his own world. I don't say that to be mean, but it's the sad truth.
