I still love the idea of PAK. It's the perfect scale. Not too big not too small. Lots of detail and potential for perfect character realisation.

The reality is over eccadurated sculpts bad sculpting and over pricing. The MGS series has consistent quality which went out the window with V.

And they stopped doing legacy figures!????

No, I'd still say it because PAK figures are still ****

Even the coveted MGS1 figures are pretty garbage. Snake's suit was the reimagined render version with the gigantic belt pouch. He also has brown eyes wtf?

Let's not forget their burnt toast Liquid headsculpt that already looked like the cat dude from Sleepwalkers.

Okay, I'll bite with the reimagined bits and the really bad paint, but that aside the Figures were really quality in the poseability is pretty damn awesome. The earlier ones also had loose joints.......whatever, i really like them. Theyre definitely not my favorite things in my collection though.

Exactly, why use the reimagined render version? the original is perfect the way it was. Don't get me started on Liquid, how dare they sell that :lol

Eradicated?

Sorry, exaggerated!

I think their quality was consistent before the kai days, after that I don't know what happened. But even their "best" figures can have problems that a $170+ figure cannot have

To be fair, they don't sell them for that much. GreyFox is one of the best and cost $70. Well worth it

That also fell in libe with the exaggerated sculpts they did with all their figures (expect FF)

I wasn't a fan of Solids final face Sculpt either. The prototype was much better.

I feel like they changed that same sculpt and made the worse, like in this pic... If not then they really did do am awful job on paint

If you got the mgs1 ones when they were cheap you wouldn't say that.

I bought both Snake and Ninja for like $50 or $60 and still didn't like them. Sold them for way more and bought my 1/6 Customs... Didn't really like those either.

Solidus was awesome tho. He's really the only one I have any remose about selling but ultimately he wouldn't make sense by himself.

I'd say it's worth it Purley because it's the only figure based on MGS2 and it's a great figure. I heard that it does come with the Socom.. Guess I'm worth. Still worth it (imo)

I love this design but

1) it's way too expensive

2) I dont know this character to have any type of emotional investment. Yet

I might just get the figma, but the price of all figma are rediculous now.. £90!??

Totally understandable

For me the figures are not an investment and I'm not buying it because of the new game or kojima's new company (without Ip) , I only like the design, and I really need that space-knight like suit in 1/6 scale [emoji21]
