what this guy didnt tell me is that its custom made,neck too small for a HT or Medicom body neck,when i barely touched it the neck on the head broke,and the hair part fell off,really pissed me off,waste of money...

Oh man. Sorry to hear that. If I were you, I'd track the seller down, and give him real life experience, of what CQC feels like.
 
Man, that's really bad luck. Sorry to hear that.

I was going to bid on that too! They have false advertised then, they put fit all 12" bodies. Try and get some money back if you can.
 
Woot scored an extra Raiden head today, Raiden's hands, the leg vinyl, Raiden's RAH body and well as his awesome sword for a few decent prices. Looks like he tried to stick a new body in it or make a custom but it didn't go so well >.>, so he was selling off the parts. One mans trash is anothers teasure I suppose.

Bwawawaw now this means I can try a repaint on Raiden's head without worrying about potentially damaging a 300 NZ figure :D. The hands, sword, vinyl and body were too good to pass up XD. Hopefully when they arrive they aren't damaged but who knows. I'm even getting the box if the shipping isn't too high, I would love mutilating it for the art *drool*.

Edit: Lols found out I'm buying Spliff's spare parts XD. Thanks Spliff!!!

Ha ha. Yeah, Spliff mentioned skinning his Raiden figure :rotfl. Post some pics for us. It'll be interesting to see how the internal body looks like.

My first piece in a series I am doing...

The Solid Snake piece I am selling prints of at the Screaming Tiki Comic Con. It's titled "Infiltrating Shadow Moses" and is an 8.5 x 11. It's done in mainly watercolors and illustrator markers. I added some final snow effects in photoshop.

If anyone wants a print of one, it's $5 plus shipping.

Don't mind the watermark and cross marks, they are for security purposes for the con:

Next up is Naked Snake, followed by a Meryl idea I have, and of course Grey Fox. I want to make 10 pieces total. :D

Hmm, well I'm not done with it yet, lol. The original still has an all white background. The black and snow effects were all photoshop brushes I added in as well as the type on the crates/wall he is leaning against. I like to do as much with my hands as possible, but I use the computer as a tool as well.

For the piece when done, I couldn't give you an exact amount, perhaps around $50 would be my best guess. Just because it's near and dear to my heart as well as I still have another hour of work left to do on it.

Just for heads up to everyone, the next piece is going to be Naked Snake flipped in almost the same exact pose. I'm hoping it will make an excellent companion piece to this one of Solid Snake. A sort of mirror effect of 'father' and 'son'.
