Paint the damn thing aleady!

Yeah, this isn't much of anything new without a paint job. I wonder what they'll do because the paint on the mass produced rays was a very bland brown.

Honestly, I'm still not impressed with it. Seems too simple. I want to see some showcasing of movable parts and such.

It's just that the proto looks flat without painting or weathering which will add a new dimension.
Man if only I managed to persuade Ash to sell me a Ray proto.

Those hooves look terrible.

yeah the hooves on the ray clones that raiden fought in rising doesn't look that baggy. hope the final product wont have hooves as baggy as that one since it's just a prototype

They need to be sleeker. Without a doubt, it's coming with a stand.

The problem is the rubber could deteriorate over time. Of all the QC issues of REX, I won't be surprised if the hooves deform easily. Yikes.

Especially in dynamic poses which put stress on them. I got a bad feeling about this

It'll just have to be one of those that you don't do dynamic poses with, unfortunately. Although it does look it's best in a dynamic pose

I can't believe someone managed to pick REX up for so cheap from bambaland if i'd have known i'd have totally got on it

I actually don't believe that the feet looks that bad. What I'm more concerned about, is how the figure will balance itself. I really hate that crotch stand from the prototype picture. It takes away from the realism of such a high-end figure.

It looks good, but I think it's weight is going to make the joints worn down fast like REX.
