As for RAY's tail: Gimbat mentioned on the ThreeA forum that we should get into contact with Kojima about that. ThreeA was given the license for the tail-less MGS 4 version of RAY, and not the MGS 2 version (with the tail).
I suggested several months ago that we should mass message Kojima on Twitter about making a MGS 2 version instead. But, I don't think anyone listened
I really like the Bulldog teeth look.
