Kiva have you modded the PAK Raiden head so it has the visor on either side?

Looks really good! Have you got a pick of it from the front? I'm intrigued

I made 2 new side pieces, theyre not functional but i wanted him to have the visor on the side of his head as its his primary look. They dont look game accurate ive had to allow for the creative liberties that PAK have done with the figure and tried to make it uniform to that. Also altered the hair to make it more game accurate by removing his mullet and making the forehead sweep backwards not down and to the side

I got my other raiden yesterday so i can have 3 Versions of raidens head. Visor on, side visor and no visor at all

I was thinking of doing the same thing, print out a scale Old Snake and put him next to Rex's foot.

The decal looks awesome.

Hey kiva, who do you have do your decals for your stands? I would like to have a bunch of them done but don't know if there is an actual company that does this. did you just go to a vinyl shop?

Member on this forum EVILFACE. The decals are terrific, you cant see in pictures but the writing and other areas of detail on the decals is raised and shiney. The MGR logo on my stand is shiney and changes colour as you move it around. His prices are good too. Just message him, include a few pictures of what you want for the base and give him the names you wanted printed and they will arrive just needing stuck on

thanks for the info. it looks spot on. i want to have 5 made with the same logo as you but all the plaques to read the different versions of raiden. do you mind if i copy you and message him to do it the same as you. yours is pretty impressive. also, on your rex, and i didnt discover this until a moth after having it, that there are ratcheting toes so you can stand him better?

You can use my idea all you want, he should still have the decal the one i sent was super HQ. Ive never really noticed much about the toes yet, im still courting it. I assume it will take a few weeks atleast to get to know its ins and outs fully. Though i did notice, the flaps that are meant to hang down between the main body and thigh on mine are nearer the top. Does the legs rotate at the innder thigh and on the inner body too? I can turn the legs at the thigh easy enough but its super tight where the joint goes in to the body. dont want to force it

Picked up the PAK Raiden yesterday. What a great figure - maybe the best PAK I have (or have had). Love the details and sculpt. Plus the joints are super tight which is aweseome. Ordered the red version from bbts as well.

Thats the way he comes out of the box for some reason. You have to hold the joint, then rotate the body then the legs alternately while always holding the joint. Its very stressful to do and the wrench they supply you doesnt help that much. Yes the plate hinges should point forward so the plates can hang down freely.

Thanks very much for the clarification. I started to worry id had a defective one where it had that section put on upside down. I wont bother trying to fix it for now though. One day il have a go but im not in a hurry. I can see keeping it for a long long time. He needs to battle Ray, or atleast tag team with him as a display for a while

^ Did you buy the vocal tracks CD?

Modded my White Raidens head. Removed the mullet, painted back of his head. When i had my modded head and the stock head side by side the stock mullet looks terrible :-/. Though im not going to mod the front of this head so i can plug in and out the hair and visor no matter how much i hate the hair front piece. I may... blue wig him though. My black Raiden represents the game and this figure i got to represent how i play it afterall. Blue wig Muramasa holding Raiden.

Super interesting! I've always wondered why I sometimes struggle to let go of things, even if said things don't fit into my collection anymore. For example, I was collecting He-Man figures for a while. I started as my older brother was into MOTU back in the day and it was nostalgic for me. I just can't seem to let them go even though I could care less at this point... Damned handling time hahaha
