Great paint app right there. Seems alittle too rusty for a MGS1 ver but still damn good :clap

I'm having somebody doing it for me as well, should be done and sent back in a few weeks

Yup, it is a bit too rusty.
But the overall is nice and i like it.

That's a stellar paint job even with the rust! I think the rust gives it a more life like feel anyway. Did you paint it yourself?

Im selling my koto rex in case anyone is looking. $100 shipped in the continental usa. Look at my ebay. Btw, nice paint. Its mgs4ish. Like its been at shadow moses for awhile

I just got into the GI JOE Hot Toys line. I got Snake Eyes and I'm getting Storm Shadow this or next week and I'm out.

I'm going to get Storm Shadow later because Lee Byung Hun is one of my favorite Korean actors :lol. I was surprised when I found out last year that he came to the U.S. to act in GI Joe.

He was great in "I saw the Devil." One of the most disturbing films I've ever seen.

That movie was great. I also liked him in The Good, The Bad, The Weird, and a few others. He also acted in a lot of Korean dramas. The guy's a really dynamic actor. You just can never tell if he's going to be the good guy or a villain in one of his films.

Any of you guys want to see an unboxing video for MGS 1? My sealed copy is scheduled to arrive today, and I plan on opening it up :D.

Did anyone who bought the dwarf Gekkous make Mistral's staff yet?

As best as i could do without caking it with glue. I did glue the 3 middle sections of each arm lightly. It might be a pain to get them unplugged from each other now, if i can ill be able to re-form the gekkos. If i cant ill just make the staff a permanent thing. The part where the hands "grab" each other from the middle section i just wrapped around where the hands meet with black tape. They could be made tighter with glue but i didnt want to do that incase the staff overall looked bad. But i like it, id just be dissapointed if i cant take it back apart because we dont have the Rio-Bone tripods for offer here!

That's pretty ****ing awesome Kiva. Do you plan to put blades on the ends?
Im not so sure, the blade designs to be accurate are pretty damn "far out" in terms of their designs. So i wouldnt want to just stuck any old knife in their (not that their hands would hold them without glue).

Ill see how i feel, if i cant take the staff apart "clean" ill just tart it up a bit and maybe add knives. Its all dependent if i can find a Extra tripod set when they get released

How did it work when the ball joints are 2 different sizes in the shoulders? I didnt even attempt it. Btw i preordered 3 sets. If i decide i dont need one ill let you know.
