Maybe they'll release Vamp, since it's the only bad guy besides Ocelot that survived 'til 4, and they can farm him again for a mgs4 version, although Ocelot can be farmed too

Mine cost me $200. They randomly pop up throughout the year. I saw 4 of them so far this year.
