I honestly think Kojima hates Solid Snake and doesn't allow any companies to make merch for him. I don't know how the **** PAK did a Snake. It was the first Solid Snake figure in years.

lol. So true. If I had a company I would do limited releases for things like that. Head and accessory packs. People will pay the prices for things like, and if it's a limited release it helps. I see Bandai Japan as the company by which all other toy companies should be judged. They're not perfect, but I like their system the most. Hot Toys is the worst.. lol.

I would pay Hot Toys exclusive prices for a Hot Toys MGS1 Solid Snake, but only if he was perfect. I'm not going to stand for any HT b/s.

Yeah I really don't get that either. I cannot for the life of me understand the apparent red head step child treatment MGS1 & MGS2 get. Old Snake is okay, but honestly, who would want him over one of the younger versions? Kojima!!!! (said in the same way as Kahn).

Only reason i see why they make Raiden instead of another Big Boss or Snake is his design.He looks cool and all,but what a waste of a potential license.

It's the only upside, any deviation from Biggu Bawsu is a step in the right direction. I don't hate Raiden at all, I just think he's a cliche pick since he's all supped up now.

At least we get a MGS4 tease we're almost guaranteed a Old Snake since Hot Toys really doesn't get into a line and do one figure, rarely happens unless it's the only character in the license or the only one worth doing. There is a myriad of MGS characters that would sell like hot cakes.
