Me and Solidus pre-ordered the Red Raiden and decided to cancel it since BBTS had a giant stock of it. Instead of getting a full refund because they didn't even have it yet, we got back like half what we put down on it. They keep the shipping cost. Are you ****ing kidding me? It never was shipped so why do you keep that amount? Seriously, **** that place.

Ugh... That was the worst preorder experience I ever had . Those bastards made money off of us, for figures that they never even shipped. I'm sticking primarily to BBTS and HLJ from now on.
