This is why I hate buying PAK figures, they are 3/4 the price of HT figures here. The $100 price tag mean it will get even worse.

His jaw was never right, pretty loose. And he's got a chipped section of paint... from me trying to take some of the armor off >_>

I might be able to send it back to 3A to get it looked at.

I never worry about bad items because someone will take it back. Sometimes it takes some time and effort or maybe a rebuy/tradeback but it always works eventually. I buy broken stuff online, buy a new one at bestbuy, put the broken one in the new box, and return it as defective. No, i dont exchange because "i dont want to possibly go through this again". Its scummy but the stores deserve it. It helps to get stuff crazy cheap.
