They charge you at the time you place the order. You'll get the ray 3rd Quarter this year.

Anyone want to sell me their Old Snake pilot figure that came with Rex? Figured since I got the Bamba version of Ray that will come with the Liquid Ocelot figure, might as well get the Old Snake figure if I can, to have both pilots. I know the quality of the figure was bad, but I wanna do a repaint on it and see if I can improve it somewhat.

Figured since I got the Bamba version of Ray that will come with the Liquid Ocelot figure, might as well get the Old Snake figure if I can, to have both pilots. I know the quality of the figure was bad, but I wanna do a repaint on it and see if I can improve it somewhat.

Everyone around here also got MG Ray Bamba. What I'm planning to do with such tiny figure is to sculpt one myself or find some sculptors to do it. It will not be hard really.
I preferred Liquid sitting in my Rex's cockpit though for I like displaying it in "perfect" form. Having Old Snake sitting in there really bugs me.

Haha its probably coz they wanna keep it for resale purposes, since its an exclusive it probably wouldn't be worth as mu h if they sold it without the pilot. Some people care about that I guess.

Yeah I know man, but figured someone may have an old snake pilot they don't really want and wouldn't mind making some extra cash by selling it.

So do you have a custom figure of Liquid or are you thinking about getting one made? I'd pay someone to make me a figure but it would be a bit hard to do without the sculptor having access to a Rex figure or having the original figure to compare the size to. I have never sculpted a figure before so I'm not too keen on doing it myself, but I'd give it a go if someone would let me borrow their old snake figure so I can use it for size comparison to get the proportions right. Without something to compare to its just too hard.

Got revoltech BB. Revoltech toys are mostly fun because their poseability and mine didn't have any defects. Though in those box art pictures the throat seems to sit a bit deeper, but at least in my version you can see the ball join there unless you give him really low hunched pose. The head looks also better than in some of those preview pics where it looked kind of silly.
