Incredible collection! I saw it looks like you moved it to the top of a Detolf, unless that one is old too. Either way, great stuff!

And yeah, there is no way I'd have the guts to open up my Rex like that and rework it. Haha, I'm happy enough with the way it is.

hahahaha, i hear you. just offering, i also installed a 2nd switch to shut the fog lights off because i like him better with just the beak led. sometimes i just wing it on customs when i first attempt them, the anxiety of making a mistake unfortunately a motivator for perfecting work.

I liked the way Rex's legs were flared out the same direction as the corner walls with the MOC figs. It was very pleasing to the eye and had a good flow to it there.

Oh yeah, starting any custom is nerve wracking! I always fear messing them up... but then again, I'm changing the stuff anyway so it shouldn't be that big of a deal, if I screw up, I can just fix it... but my brain doesn't work that way. haha. I'm in fear the entire time. :/ Especially if it's a high end item.

Cool, thanks for the link. I guess my only gripe is that he's shorter than the Medicom Raiden so there goes my dream of having him standing along my 1/6 MGS collection. And that hair has to be repainted it seems, or at least adding some dark washes.

Nah, ive bounched him about and half heartedly pulled him forward from where he is now in the 2nd picture and he doesnt budge, i have the center of gravity a bit to the back but because of such i have his backpack against the wall. He wont fall forward. Im wanting to fashion some kind of contraption to hold him up like that full time though, if i do get Ray (which i do want) i want them to atleast look equal size which means Rex needs to stand up

It looks pretty cool and daring - kudos to you, I wouldn't pose mine like that in a million years.
A stand would be a great thing to use (unless it's like the one Ray uses).

Makes it look like somebody else, paint on the body is real nice though.

So I got Raiden today and I can really only echo what others have said. His neck is long, his head is small but hes still pretty cool. I wish the sling on his sword fit as tight as the one on Snakes FAMAS but its a minor complaint. I only spent $55 on him which is what these things should cost so I may be a little easier on him than some of you but I am happy with him. Bring on Liquid and hopefully Solid Snake is next!

sweet price, i overpaid but hes now one of my favorite of these paks. hes sturdy and can hold pretty much any pose well. once you fix his hair hes really cool. i cant believe they dropped the ball so badly on that. they put hair in front of each of his eyes.
