Yeah.
Still, I find it funny because you can download a good paper blueprint (with colors) for free and make your own statue in any scale.

Looking for some help with this one, please. Does anyone know of a figure that has gloved hands in the same style as Liquid Ocelot? I want to replace the cloth gloves with molded gloved hands, but haven't been able to find any that match. When I've seen this exact style, it's been only female hands. The closest male ones are either fingerless but don't have the square cut-out, or they have the cut-out but aren't fingerless. I'm thinking there's gotta be a movie or video game character who uses these exact gloves and has gotten a 1/6 scale figure, but I'm just not aware of one. I would really appreciate it if someone here could name one for me so that I can hunt down those gloved hands.

You wont find anything even remotely close to these. Well, only the female ones... :lol
Sculptin' the gloves over naked palms of your liking is the only alternative to makin' the actual 1/6 leather gloves.

UPD
HT Ghozd Rider just got released and his gloves are the closest, but you'll have to cut them fingers and glue the regular ones. :D

Thanks a lot, guys. It's a relief that this one turned out okay because I want to use the same head mold to make Revolver Ocelots from MGS 1 and 2.

I checked out the Ghost Rider pics, and yeah, those gloves are only close enough to piss me off that they're not closer. :lol And the fact that there's fist hands makes it worse because I want to pose him with a raised right fist (like he does in his first scene, and in promo artwork). Oh well. But, I'm intrigued by your suggestion about sculpting over bare hands. I'm thinking that as thin of a layer as the glove texture would be, clay might crack over time. So I'm gonna try doing this with resin instead. More difficult, and probably destined to fail, but worth a shot. Thanks for your help!

You can always use a pin/needle for better durability.
But yeah, the best way is to sculpt, mold, cast and paint.

For me that's too much to do so I'll just sculpt them with epoxy, because I wont post him with anything in his hands anyway.

Does anyone know what parts to use for an Iroquois Pliskin custom? So far I only have the flight suit. Thanks!

Well that's kinda up to you man. In game they look like shotgun shells that are miss colored but you could use 40mm grenades because that's what they are colored like and he uses an M203 on the Harrier boss fight.

If you're going to use shotgun shells then I would get this a sew it on yourself.

I see, so they're not a separate large piece, but instead some kind of shell holder? So I can make do with just the vest and that shell holder then? Thanks again Dylan!
