Yes, it's on the PSN store for $9.99 or included as a code in the Legacy edition. Thing is, the game hasn't been updated by Sony in years, which means the only way to transfer the game is to download it on your PS3 first and transfer the game to the Vita via USB connection. If you don't have a PS3, you can do it with a friend's console. Just remember to deactivate your log-in as you have a limit to how many consoles you can be signed into.

Nice! I used to do that all the time in college, even on my final exam papers.

I wouldn't dare to it on my finals' sheets, cause a computer grades them, so any interference may cause my test to be filed as "invalid" and then I'd lost my final's points.... fast forward and I won't be able to get a job that allows me to buy MGS stuff, oh the irony
