Looks pretty cool. Don't get much of a Metal Gear feel from it at the moment but may change when see more of it etc. Either way I'll be getting it and looks like it will be fun.I do hope there are some stealth elements to it though and you dont just run around cutting everything in site like Ninja Gaiden.

Also not sure if I like the look of the thing on his back. What is it? Is it his sword sheath? Couldn't quite make it out.

I hope it has a good story though!

Like I said though, it looks pretty cool and will get it.

knowing myself i'll just go ahead and buy it just cuz it says metal gear in the title.....i really hope its just not h n' s and that there's still some stealth elements in the game.......cuz being a "cyborg" ninja doesnt necesarily mean stealth.

Lol.. I know right. It would be neat if there were some Tenchu style stealth elements in this game.

I sure hope there is a strong story,where the earlier MGS games never dissappointed.A story that takes place after the events of MGS 2 when Raiden goes on a rescue mission to save Olga´s daughter,and why The Patriots turned Raiden into a Cyborg Ninja,did they mention why in MGS4?I can`t remember.

Feels so wrong to play an MGS on anything other than a PS3.

I think people have been playing MGS on systems prior to PS3. Could be wrong though, because as we all know the PS3 has been out for 20 years.

Well it's just the current Sony console is what I was getting at. If this was 10 years ago I'd say PS2, and so on.

This should be "Metal Gear Solid: Slice Watermelon Action". But, seriously though, the game does look cool; a deviation away from previous MGS releases, but it's obvious that there will still be stealth elements in the game. Most noticeably at the beginning, where Raiden is stalking the "juiced-up frog soldier". So, perhaps, there are powerful enemies that Raiden won't be able to face directly?

Now, mentioning stealth and action, it would be cool if the gameplay in Rising turns out to be similar to Arkham Asylum... just a little.

I totally agree with you solidus.
this game will give you the option to go stealth and to go all out.
This is the only game so far that got my full attention on E3.
