EDIT: Its alright, nothing special about the song. I was bored through the first listen. And the beginning sounds like Harvester of Sorrow.

That was actually pretty good, I like it much better then the song they're playing on the radio.

You should give that new track that nhldevil54 posted above a listen.

Yeah, I just read that The Day That Never Comes is the most downbeat song on the album. A mistake imo that they would chose that song as the first track from the album.

Not too bad. About as close to the classic stuff as they have done in a while.

I'm just happy to hear more of that thrash sound that I grew up with.

I don't expect Hetfield to sound as he did back in '83-'91.

I'm happy that the band went in a different direction without producer Bob Rock.

I loved Newsted, but I'm very happy with Trujillo on bass.

I just like the direction they are going right now. They lost me on St. Anger, but the new album is something that I'm very interested in right now.

Do yourself a favor and pick up the NEW SCAR SYMMETRY CD "Holographic Universe" they smoke METALLICA Although the new Metallica is the best Cd they have put out since AND JUSTICE IMO. But if you want to try something NEW go ahead and click the links already. Some growling vocals and clean vocals mixed up pretty well. Give em a listen.

Just got back from there show in MTL tonight, it was sick, awesome as always.
They played 6 tracks from DM, which was lot I thougth but the set list was a good one
