Comicave's products are better than the stuff Play Imaginative used to make, and in my experience their CS is improved. That said, the Iron Man figures are expensive as hell and not great for what you get. So unless this Suicide Squad line is the surprise of the year, I'll pass.
Edit: some background. Comicave has a large amount of personnel and production overlap with an old company called Play Imaginative. Calling Comicave a 'rebrand' would be fair. Play Imaginative products had some QC issues and the company's customer service was very poor. They also showed off a lot of prototypes that never made it to market. There's a clip from SDCC a few years ago in which they were showing off painted prototypes of every Iron Man suit released at the time—that's 1 to 42. Of those, the only ones that came out were the Mk42, Iron Patriot and War Machine II. Iron Patriot didn't drop until after the rebrand to Comicave, I think. They have since released two new products (Shotgun and Igor) and have plans to produce more HPP suits and a 1/12-scale Hulkbuster. Hopefully it works out. I'm just very skeptical given their track record.
No way!! mezco's making a 1/12 batmobile? I might get that one even if I'm not planning on getting HT's version. Mezco is really being very attractive to my wallet.
I had no interest in these figures, but we got the Judge Dredd in the store yesterday and it blew my mind. And now they announce the batmobile? Ohhhhhh man.
Mezco's really determined to be the Hot Toys of 6" scale, and that is genius. I had no plans of getting the BvS line from Mezco but the batmobile changed that.
