Here's mine. Sorry for the semi-crappy iPhone quality::

The box is very nice, with Batman on one side of the sleeve and Mutant Leader on the other. The Leader graphic is diecut, so the red of the box is shown through his visor. Base is heavy resin, with a nice balance of matte and glossy rust. Figures' deco is uniformly excellent, but it drives me crazy that Bats' cape is not hemmed. But the thing that bugs me the most is that this is the wrong Bat-emblem for this scene in the GN.

To chime in on the prototypes - That Space Ghost is sooooooo mine when it's released.

Nice! I didn't realize that you were able to pick these up at their booth. Are they shipping them out to people who bought from the site yet?

I'm really happy with everything and all the elements that separate this from the regular releases make it a worthy exclusive. I like that they ended up making different expressions for the Mutant Leader for the reg. & EX.

I believe they were all prototypes if I remember correctly.

The Space Ghost looked fine but I hated the Mego style socks. They probably should have done it similar to how Hot Toys did the Amazing Spider-Man figure.

The Flash was great...just not excited about it.

Superman looked horrible...even for a prototype. Looked more like a rough mock up.

Really disappointed they didn't have more to show particularly from the DKR line.

Space Ghost's style should fit this format as perfectly as the TDKR stuff does. I think a tweak to the body would do him justice. Blip is pretty oversized though

Does it really look great to you guys? Does it really look $65 great?

I saw a custom figure with better fit and a better headsculpt since they used the DCD Tim Bruckner sculpt.

Sorry, I base my opinions on seeing it in person rather than an up close photo surrounded by comments from the hate club.

So in order to have an opinion on something, a person is required to have seen it in person to pass judgment?

Mezco themselves admitted that what they had out on display wasn't very good and that they were just work in progress examples to show people the diversity of characters that they're working on. There hasn't been any hate in here, just criticism. People wouldn't criticize if they didn't care, and if people didn't care, we would still have primative, mego styled figures. Mezco hyped up their one:12 line last year, full of promise. After how well their TDKR Batman figures turned out, I think it's fair for people to be a tad disappointed in what they had to show for SDCC.

I don't think anyone in here is hating just to hate.

Exactly, I "hate" cause I was tremendously disappointed with the obvious quality drop, it's a good thing the hate club is like 99% of the people who saw the figure :lol and that the criticism is reaching Mezco.

Do toy companies usually lurk sites like this and the fwoosh?

Exactly. They just have a lot to live up to since they led off with fat Bats.

I think Franky turned out really well and I think Space Ghost is a minor adjustment away from being awesome.

My first Batman figure arrived today! Big fan of the Dark Knight so I had to get one of these.

I keep telling myself it's not but the PX ended up being my favorite version of this figure

Do I keep my black version ?? Ehhhh idk only have the room for one

I would love to get the Black & White Toyfair exclusive but that would probably be impossible, one just sold on Ebay for over $400.00

A couple just sold and one of them was mine. I had to get rid of one to pay for the SDCC Jim Lee Blueline Joker Sketch card figure. I have two more and I may be parting with one of them (and 1-2 of the other ones since I don't think I really need all 6) so you never know what can happen. :)

What's funny is it had a BIN of $300 but someone took the chance on bidding. Since its a color comic, I'm good with not having this version.

That's awful on so many levels. I understand that it's probably a quick prototype just to show something, but come on, don't show anything instead until you have a decent looking prototype.

Sold out forever is my guess, and since they're starting to show more new figures, I'd say it's unlikely they'll release more variants.

But who knows, it's Mezco, they love variants.
