Speaking of villains I always remember when I first seen Shredders entrance in the 1990 movie (I was so damn used to the 80's cartoon) that I was really shocked at his transformation in not so much the look but his demeanour and his ruthlessness, remember he was a goof in the cartoons so I'm assuming that he was close to his comic book counterpart?

Anyways I was going to say (that GIF made me think) that the feeling and vibe I got with Shredder when I was a wee lad was matched when I first seen Bane in the TDKR. They just came across on screen to me as very similar, not in looks obviously but almost everything else.
