City Hunter was a retard who couldn't even best an old man. At the first sign of loss, he high-tails it back to his ship for help. Most un-predator like behavior.

He went back for help? I didn't see any predators helping him. And that wasn't "the first sign of loss". After he was shot (eight times at close range with a shot gun......), he stood back up and went right after Harrigan. Even bisecting Keyes in the process.
He didn't even run away after his arm was sliced off. Took the time to use his medicomp and heal himself, as a smart hunter would.

He would have been stupid to fight Harrigan out in the open...in an effing apartment complex.

You know Danny Glover was 44 years old in P2? Do you consider that to be an "old man"? Adrien Brody was 37 in Predators. That's only a seven year age difference. Hmm..and Arnold was 40 in Predator.


You can't call what Wolf fought, aliens. They did like..nothing. He grabs one, it shrieks and squirms until he kills it. The Strausetards only put them in as fodder.
Killing a few dozen brain-damaged animals doesn't make you a skillful warrior.

After he and Harrigan fought on the roof..they both fell on the ledge, he loses his arm and FALLS into the apartment. He never ran away there.

Those things are freaks of nature and are highly outcast by the rest of the Yautja. In a way, they are like the Vikings of the species, with the smaller ones being more like Samurai.

The Super Predators kill unarmed, helpless and injured prey alike. They do not distinguish between any one foe. They also only hunt to become more effecient killers and to attain the most trophies, making them far more feral and savage in nature. The smaller Yautja hunt for honor and respect, first and foremost.

The only thing the Super Preds have going for them is their size. They're big and brutal. Combine that with the "basic" intelligence of the species and you have a deadly adversary. Still, in the end, they're nothing but brutes and bullies.

In story, the character Wolf is an elite hunter. A veteran of many battles. His skills are far beyond that of the AvP trio....blah blah blah.
But that didn't translate to the film at all.

The aliens in AvP:R were different. They were dumb as ****. Wolf would have had a more difficult time fighting toddlers.

It was from the same clan as the P1 pred, smart guy. Experienced and even had trophies. He was also well aware of what planet Royce was from hinting that he'd been there. Granted it might've taken all 3 of the super Preds to take him down with all his weapons, but they did. And he even held his own against Berserker mano-e-mano for a spell, but lost. Point being, we got the fight already.

Yeah, the Classic Pred from the Predators flick was indeed from the same clan as the P1 Pred. There is almost no mistaking that. It's debatable whether or not he had actually been to Earth though.
