He's Shredder and there is no Oroku Saki. It's not a secret trick, he's simply Eric Sachs, a rich white version of Shredder which is why they say he hasn't been done like this before. He's a "gentlemen and diplomat" according to Fitchner...This is confirmed by Fitchner, on set extras who witnessed Shredder being interviewed on tv by April, and by Will Arnett who plays a version of Vernon Fenwick, April's cameraman and was in a fight scene with Fitch/who he refers to a "Shredder and the foot".
As I pointed out Splinter is also white, and a midget which has many worried that if they are doing mocap, Splinter will also be a dwarf's size.
Yet Karai has been cast in this and is Japanese.
then He's not the shredder. Plain and simple.
They can CALL him that. But he's not the shredder.

Bay likes to use the Super Bowl to show off his movies. Transformers 4 has a slot already. I'd imagine he'll have one booked for this too.

I still remember renting ROTF on DVD not long after it was released, & fell asleep about 30mins into it.
I saw the first TF in the theater... very... very... blah. I saw a little of ROTF on TV and I couldn't bring myself to even bother with it.

I've got the first one as a 2DVD set - hey, it's the first one.
At least there's some good bot sequences.. plus the extras aren't too bad.
I haven't watched the 3rd one - not interested, so the 4th one will be just as much a priority to me going forward I can say preemptively.

I think my biggest problem in the first film, which can be said about all of them. You'll have two bots rolling around on the ground and you can't distinguish between them

That's funny.. because my biggest problem with the first one was SHIA LeBOUF!!!
Well sure if you actually want to dissect the characters then sure he was terrible
But in terms of bots, they were too overly complicated and I HATED and still HATE the awful truck form of Optimus.

Yeah agreed, the transforming process was a cluttered, overcomplicated tech fest.
Prime will always be the flat nose cab rig to the old schoolers - & certainly without the flame paint job.
