Thanks for the kind comments. This build would not have turned out as well as it has without the help of Edojoe. The body used is a Soldier Story, it's a little slimmer in the shoulders. I actually liked the look of the Hot Toys better but I prefer the ne k on this because of the clothing style. A true co-operative effort Edo. Thanks

knuckle - is that apron the one you made from a glove? It looks killer! Also, do you have any side views of your Dexter? I'm trying to get an idea of how I can rework the neck on mine!

die, yeah, the apron is an gardening glove. Made a pattern out of paper, traced it on the glove, cut it out. Super glued the neck strap then the waist bands. That's it. Xeno is making one for me that a lot more involved, his skills are better than mine at this for sure

I'll try to take some shots of the neck from the side:
I had to pencil in the line I wanted to cut it down to.mmDremeled it off, then slightly cored out the neck for some positioning issues. A little 2 part epoxy in the neck, pressed in the neck peg & done
**may need to slightly drill deeper into the head so that the neck will fit closer & not have a disproportionate look.

That's cool. I PM's Joe, I can't wait to get one of his shirts, they look soooo awesome. BTW- Just wanted to say thanks for the heads up on those donuts! I got mine today, they are way cool!!!! Perfect for Dexter.

Just wanted to add that edojoe49 has been great to deal with. Keeps you updated on his progress and is a really fast worker ..he's doing a SMDM outfit for me, and I could not be more pleased with how it is developing. Ok, sorry for going OT but I can highly recommend him for tailoring outfits!

Glad you like the donuts, they just add a little character to what's a cool character. Gonna use one of the coffee cups & make it look like it's from Mud coffee in NY for my Ginger build. Which brings me back to edojoe. This cat has helped me to fully realize many of my builds. In fact he was cool enough to help with the scale for a Mud t-shirt for Ginger.

SS, they took about a week to 10 days for mine, I'm in Canada. Thay are well worth the wait though

AWESOME JOE! that turned out great, looking forward to getting it, PM me and let me know what I owe you for it.

As for the ID card, I bought a 1:1 Dexter ID badge off of ebay and I just used the photo from the auction, shrunk it down in paintshop until it was around 1:6 scale, laminated it, glued it onto some pleather & added a string for it. So, I have a lifesize ver. and a 1:6 ver. of the badge.
