It complicated. Jackson transferred the title to Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC, and neighbors reported immediate activity on the property including removal of the amusement rides. Jackson still owned an unknown stake in the property, since Sycamore Valley Ranch was a joint venture between Jackson (represented by McMillan) and an affiliate of Colony Capital LLC (an investment company run by billionaire Tom Barrack). The Santa Barbara County Assessor's Office stated Jackson sold an unknown proportion of his property rights for $35 million. He possibly owns a large portion of Neverland despite his financial woes.

Wow I was on vacation for a week and the first day we landed, I heard the news....


So sad, put a kink in the whole vacation I grew idolizing him. And I've been a fan all these years even when people didn't stand by him. I'll miss him, this comeback tour truly was going to be his big bang and epic closing. I'm sad I'll never see him perform again.

What really gets me now is all these people all of a sudden acting like fans when they were not showing an ounce of love when he was alive...fair-weather fan at it's lowest.

R.I.P. MJ.
