Here are some angles. The light on one of these photos really shows the difference in color, but there are some patches that match perfectly that I am gonna try and recreate, hopefully this weekend, and the crudeness of the border between the head and the hair.

It's very hard, damn near impossible to achieve what you're going for, but I gotta say that's a damn good go at it!

mine's been on hold while i secured some other stuff from my most wanted list. and i got stuck with a bunch of replacement clothes so now i'm trying to decide whether i want to oil up the rainman digs or save the rm stuff for a quail hunter and oil up the other stuff. might try oiling the replacement stuff as a practice run and then doing the rm clothes. not sure.
