Great shots and research Pop! Are you sure its 4 pockets though? Are the 2 bottom pockets, lines from the bottom of the top pocket?

. I know it's hard to see certain details in some of these pics because they are dark and not HD, but I cross referenced all of this stuff before I posted. That's why I didn't have this up days ago

If you have the Blu Ray, check out the baptism scene and you can clearly see 4 pockets. I lightened up the close up of his vest and although it's blending in, you can see the bottom pocket on his left side. The top pockets are identical to the bottoms with that thick trim and slightly slanted design.

I just double checked and I'm pretty positive it's 4 pockets but everyone is welcome to check it out; please chime in if you guys see it differently. The clearest frames of the full vest are after he is baptized and he stands, shakes hands & whispers (threatens ) to Eli and Bandy escorts him off stage.

so from what I just read it looks there's only 2 pairs of boots that are obvious could it be possible he does wear those quails under the charcoal suit ? He does seem to mix it up in those shots .

I wanted the dx head because I collect his work and I figured a full set milkshake man would be easer to aquire in the future than a dx set ,,, the dx head I've sorted now and will be on the way soon .
As far as rahmier I've done that to for my charcoal suit n boot version he did a great job and got kuato to paint it
He also did my dandy version

. I know you want it to be those quail boots to be under them pants, but as far as I can see they're not. I can't find clear enough pics to post but anyone who has the Blu Ray (and a fair sized screen helps) can double check to make sure I'm seeing what I think I am. You don't get any super clean shots of the shoes he wears with the charcoal suit, but there are a few parts where you get a decent-good glimpse: 1) When he walks out on the first pitch after it goes sour; 2) His speech/"blessing" at the opening of the little Boston derrick (bottom of the stairs; after he climbs the stairs and stands near the drill); 3) The Baptism (when he first walks on stage).
There is one more thing I completely forgot to check. He wears this suit in a deleted scene with HW. I have to see if there is a clearer shot of the boots there

I'm happy either way mike as long as I get my charcoal suit and the second pair of boots in question were in business .
IMO I think the charcoal suit represents Dp better than the quail outfit this version should have been done originally .
Were making headway here good to know the right men are on the job .

I wanted to see this as the original offering too but now I'll actually be happy to have both.
Well, the one good thing about the "alternate boots" is that they won't be as hard to replicate as the quail boots, and no one will have to try to live up to what was included in the original set. Those are damn near perfect and would be a hard act to follow.
Maybe we could look to SLMcG and see what he could do with these. Just a thought
I'd like to see someone take on the watch chain too.

Does anybody know where to get the DX sculpt from this set. The regular might do aswell but a DX is what I'd prefer.
