i thought lee would out perform cc.

poor indians fans, knowing the tribe chose to pay hafner instead of these guys.

thus far the rox have given the phillies the best fight.

Don't believe that line. The Tribe, aka Dolan, would've never kept these two because, in his opinion, they wanted too much money. Dolan sits back and ^^^^^es that the fans won't show up at the games when he raises the ticket prices then fields mostly minor league players. He says he doesn't have enough money to get any players and it's all the fans fault. Dolan told Lee that if there was a better fan turn out, he would've kept him, which is a big ass lie. But.....Lee bought into that and started talking ^^^^ about the fans. I lost all respect for him after that. :monkey4

Also, Dolan has stated more than once that he would never give a starting pitcher more than a two year contract. Too many pitchers will go where they can get a longer one.

Dolan = Rachel Phelps :mad:

What a god damn bull ^^^^ call! :banghead ^^^^ing bull ^^^^!

Been alot of those in the post season. It's getting downright laughable anymore. Selig, aka Skeletor, won't allow replays except for HRs though. He won't change it. :mad:

I don't blame the guy one bit. I still want to know how that was a home run. Someone please tell me

If the camera wasn't there, the ball would have been CLEARLY over the wall.

I don't blame Hamels, I blame the Phillies, sending in a boy to do a man's job.

You are blind sir. It hit the damn camera lens which was under the rail. Surely you don't believe what you actually posted to be true. :duh

I watched the game with 7 Philly fans, me being the only Yankee fan.

They all agreed it clearly would have been over the fence.

Blind no, sensible yes.

Speaking of cameras, the camera sure loves Jeter doesn't it? Can they show that guy more than they already do? :monkey4

This was on Yahoo Sports:

Umpires said after the game they had decided in advance that balls hitting the camera would be home runs.

“We tour the field during the Series whenever we go to a new ballpark and discuss specific ground rules and potential trouble areas, just like that,” crew chief Gerry Davis said. “Because we cannot control what the cameraman does with the camera, one of the specific ground rules is when the ball hits the camera: home run.”
