If you use the poll on this site as a rough overview, then more than 80% of owners have experienced an issue with leaking abs.
If they fix it but don't acknowledge the problem or state that its fixed then no ones the wiser right?

Your lucky I can't go 20 minutes without the oil coming back. However, I've left him for weeks now and it is still fairly minimal.

Just got my DX Bats as well. And yup, oily abs!
Although, I left him in a room where's it colder and that seemed to stop the leaking.
A day later I put him in a warmer room and sure enough, the leaking started again.
Maybe I should put him in the fridge for a few hours so the leaking will stop for a longer period?

I sent mail to hot toys with picture of my peeling DX dark knight. Still no answer. I'm getting worried because it's been more than a month and what if they don't send me replacement? Help.....

HT customer service can take quite long time. I would follow up with an email to inquire about the status of your request. I had to do just that to get a definite answer regarding a replacement part for avp wolf predator.
Hope they come through for you (they didn't for me).
BTW, for any owners of the DX Batman, does it come with extra wrist pegs (like the DX Joker)? I have a DX Batman on order (DC Direct shipment), and need the extra wrist pegs for a different figure.

Hey guys do you know where i can get a good custom cape for my dx batman. I hate the stock cape, it makes him look so bulky,and i hate how the cape inserts are so high up when you put it in the cape slots. I tried contacting lferigno, but he didnt reply back.
