Ahhhhhh! Yes....I think I just might bite the bullet here.
Thank you all for your encouraging words, personal experiences and praise for this Hot Toy. He is absolutely stunning on a display case and the likeness of Reeves just wants to make me honor him by having him in my home. Can't wait to see the Mrs face as she comes back from vacation to see Mr. Red and Blue standing out from my Batman collection. I guess smiling at her and saying " It's Christopher Reeves baby!" might not work huh?

She once already asked me what's more important?
Her or my 1/6 scale collection.
I had to think about it for a moment before giving the typical guy answer. That already got me in trouble and I needed to sweet talk her for 10 minutes to make up for that blunder. Damn this hobby costs me money, time and pride

Oh crap. I drink and smoke - Away from my collection of course. Can't bear the thought of hurting them =P
She did offer to buy out my smoking habits with the Tumbler.

Nah just kiddin'. She's great - She got me Joker 2.0 and she's a big fan of the Dark Knight series. Just haven't converted her to Superman YET.

Got home an hour late once on her bday dinner and presented a LV bag. Fascinating how high-end bags tend to save men from a lot of grief.

No she won't get into it. I just got the bluray anthology. Even with bluray the age is still evident and my girl doesn't like "old" films.
If those films weren't from my generation as a kid, I also probably would make a pass too.

Consider this before getting Joker 2.0. The head sculpt paint is quite glossy.

Rick - Don't worry about the gloss. There are too many positives for this figure to let the gloss detract you from getting him. It's not too bad and I kinda like it on the laughing sculpt. It gives Heath a more sweaty look. Unfortunately the PERS head is also glossed but not that big of a deal. Get him before the price sky rockets. You won't regret it - Trust me.

Hopefully by tomorrow I'll have Superman!!!
