I've come to realize this happens a lot on this board. People preemptively judge something by a couple bad pictures and immediately panic only to a lot of times find out in hand the figure looks good (*cough* Bane *cough*). I realize these figures are expensive and we all want them to look good, but Hot Toys has a good track record for delivering good end products. I could maybe see more if they put out bad figures consistently or something but that seems to be a rare instance unless you're a perfectionist.
Is better that what I expected, thanks to Hot Toys for listening to some of the people and making the mask removable, I wont display her without the mask because to me this is a Catwoman figure not a Selina Kyle figure, but nice touch on their part, of what I've seeing from the pictures I like her, I know to well that product in hand is far better than in pictures so I'm cool with it, this is a nice addition to my collection and don't regret getting her, to the contrary I hope time flies fast so I can have it in hand.
