Re: I have a bad feeling about this...The new Herman Munster is...Jerry O’Connell.

Yeah if they keep the Munsters a funny show Jerry will be great for it. LMAO at Tomcats! :lol:rotfl

What if they go Dark with The Munsters reboot? Has Jerry played Dark roles in the past? I have only seen him in funny stuff for the most part.

Nick

I don't understand how a dark Munsters is even possible. It's a Frankenstein married to a lady Dracula with a Wolfman son. A Frankenstein that works at a ____ing mortuary!

I wont watch a freakin minute of it...It would be an insult to one of the best shows of the 60's...I loved it and saw every episode of both seasons when a season was actually 8 to 9 months long back then...although the ladies in the photo are hot...

This is F$$ING BULLS@#T

I'm not so sure that's not just a disinformational cast photo. Sounds like there'll be some make-up involved:
In Mockingbird Lane, sweet little Eddie Munster (Cook) is a normal kid about to enter the horrors of puberty. Truth is, he’s about to discover that for him becoming a teenager means growing hair in truly unexpected places -- as in all over his body -- every time the moon is full! Eddie’s got it pretty good though. His loving, supportive, run-of-the-mill family includes his mom Lily (de Rossi), the daughter of Dracula; his dad Herman (O’Connell), who brings new meaning to “Frankenstein”; and Grandpa (Izzard), who would give Dracula a run for his money if he weren’t actually Dracula! Of course then there’s creepy cousin Marilyn (Wakefield), who’s really the odd one because she’s so completely normal.

Didn't this become a one off Halloween special, the planned series was scrapped, right

It might be okay if you just forget that this has anything to do with the original one.

The picture reminded me more of The Addams Family than The Munsters.

kinda reminds me of another good looking Frankenstein type monster....

Looks good to me. They took the spirit of the show and got rid of the ridiculous makeup. Maybe you have to be under the age of 60 to understand. :p

There was nothing ridiculous about that makeup from the 60's version...That show was as close to perfect back then...what's next F-Troop and I dream of Jeanie remakes...as for me I wont watch it..no way
