Now i need a 1/6 Scale white Piano :D

Pricey, but almost a perfect match. Plays real music and the keys move.

Re: Molecule8 (New company)

I think I prefer this to the other sculpt. Looks wonderful. So is the war over? They're legit and it's safe to send them $300?

It is definitely safe to say that they are a real company...I am also hoping that what they ship will be worth $300 and I will gladly spend it...Jury is still out on that one though so I will let others be the test pilots for that while I comfortably wait for in hand pictures...So safe to say that anyone who pays will get a figure...just hoping it looks like Kim's prototype...

Re: Molecule8 (New company)

I'm lazy... Did the podcast say anything for certain about the hands being sculpted? I did read something along those lines, but didn't see anything 100% definitive. Strange that M8 would post a prototype pic showing a body with bendy hands (and not the greatest looking ones at that) and show the endo with articulated fingers... Then again, the endo was also shown with a really cool skull that obviously wasn't going to fit under the head sculpt, lol.

The podcast seemed to say that the armature hands would be reserved for larger scales. Besides that, the description on the order page says "• Interchangeable hands for various gestures" so I would say that nails it as sculpted hands in "various gestures".

Oh, ****... Never noticed that in the description... Thanks, pixletwin! I prefer sculpted hands in 1/6 scale, personally. They always look better.

Me too. I have never liked bendy hands. Even with this armature business. No thanks. :lol

As more of a hip-hop fan, I'd love some of those artists. Run DMC, Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, 2Pac, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and I think Busta Rhymes would make great figures. You could just do Busta from various music videos and get a lot of milage out of him.

There are some amazing custom 2Pac figs out there already, brother! Seb's Customs just made customs of Method Man and Redman. Dope figs! I was thinking Beastie Boys, too.

Thanks. Still a long way to go for them but I'm glad there seems to be some honest intent and ambition behind this. It's terrifying to think of all the things that need to go right for them for this figure to be a success though.

Where is the nose piece on the glasses?

Otherwise looks pretty good. Really high hopes for Wonka....he is a grail for me.

The hair sculpting is spot on...
