I would definitely take the advice of getting your money back and going with a reputable retailer. With these many retailers willing to take a chance I doubt it's a scam, but better safe than sorry.

With no money invested I'm willing to wait it out for as long as it takes. I'm interested in the Lennon figure, but the ******** tactics of this company are off putting.

Honest question, how long are you guys willing to wait for this figure?

Blitzway made me wait almost a full year for their first Scarface figure from pre-order.

I think M8 will deliver by March 2018, anytime before that is icing on the cake. Anything longer then June 2018, then i'll start getting frustrated.

They said the first 900 figures would be numbered.

Will they start shipping in Aug. 2017 as they come out the assembly line? Or wait until all 900+ figures are produced?

A month away seems not much time to make 900+ figures if they are still in the R&R stage and making guitars free for customers

Why are people still setting themselves up for disappointment thinking they can deliver in August?

So they can have something to vent about when M8 can't deliver? It's obvious they can't do it.

I know they promised and said they will, and I promise my parents I will get straight A's every semester if they buy me a car. It's not possible regardless of their intentions.

They don't even have a full fledged prototype. They are still on "testing phases" for their tailoring. They are a new company, working with multiple different factories they have no established relationship with for tailoring, molds, hand painted HS, and accessories. M8 wants to hit it out of the park, if 1 factory screws them and offers a sub-par final product, they need to recall 1000-2000 items (for example the glasses or jacket), find another factory to make it and that's gonna delay the process for an extra few months. Hot Toys has probably 20 factories working for them consistently, ones that are proven and tested, their "AAA" quality factory and "B", "C" quality factory for products they care less about. That's why even HT tailoring or sculpts come out with various quality. However the ones they use all the time are proven and tested, and HT knows which factory to use as a back up if any part is screwed up. M8 does not.

hands and the foot! this figure was supposed
to be ready for shipping back in May! m8 is
certainly lying to us all along!

Difference between Blitzway's timeline for Scarface and M8's is that M8's road to release appears to be paved with lies, tricks, and deception...people are still waiting fairly patiently for Bliltzway's Ghostbusters which were supposed to be out in January because Blitzway is simply stating that they are being delayed to ensure quality, end of story. It helps that they have shipped figures before but less is sometimes more. I can't get past M8 claiming that the figure was only being delayed from its May release for retailers and then showing the pictures that they showed yesterday. Either way they are con people...question is whether they are con people who will be able to release a figure anyway.

Con men don't waste money on further development of further projects. There are strange things going on but calling them cons is a bit much. They even announced hiring KA Kim to work on the tick. She is not cheap and if this was a con they would not invest time and effort in that. Anyone who spent money can get it back from PayPal...so what exactly is the con here?

I think they are struggling with overly ambitious intentions and nothing more. They will deliver on what was promised in time....just not the time they were hoping. At this point spend money on them or don't....sitting here calling them criminals does nothing for anyone.

To be fair, it's only the same one or two people who have repeated themselves a lot and tried to get others riled up in this thread. A bit of trolling going on

Only time will reveal how this plays out and I have started ignoring all the silly comments.
