This line will be incomplete without Splinter. It's like buying a Star Wars line with no Obi-Wan. Now aren't Splinter and Usagi Yojimbo the same height? With the right tooling you can get use out of a Splinter body.

A 1/6 scale Usagi Yojimbo would be amazing. I'd scream in delight like a 12 year old girl.

That might be the case but I'm sure Mondo strictly owns the rights to make certain TMNT characters all owed under the Nickelodeon brand (Viacom). Usagi is owned by his creator Stan Saki so unless they get the rights from him this won't be able to happen.

I see Casey for sure happening especially since Brock has mentioned him. He did unfortunately say splinter would be less likely because of not being able to reuse the body mold on any other character

I really hope Splinter is made. Hopefully the rest of the line is succesful enough that one character without a reuseable body is possible.

Now, when are the mousers going up? :)

I'm on the list of people hoping, I just won't get my hopes too high.

I want to say at some point Brock mentioned February on the mousers but I can't reall where so I might be way off.

Looking forward to these and to any announcement for some villains. As long as the quality is there, consider me hooked and on board

I don't see how hard it is to make a Splinter figure. These toys are cheap.
I'm sure if they release Shredder and Foot Ninja after the 4 Turtles, Mondo should have made enough money to take a small risk.

Any word on new pictures or production updates? These figures do not look super posable, and I do remember them saying they would work on articulation.

28 points for articulation seems pretty poseable to me

I know they said the prototypes and those seen in pics so far are more fragile than the actual figures that will be produced. this is why you don't see many different poses yet.

Thank you! I was curious on that update just because it would be horrible if these could not hold great poses.

Well the first turtle has minimal articulation but is well made. I'd bet these should be no different but also have more articulation.

Can you imagine if these things broke easily?!?! I would riot

Everyone who bought these figures are taking a risk. Mondo obviously is new to the toy game and the quality of the final product is up in the air until we get them.

Having seen pictures and heard in-hand impressions I'm not worried about it anymore, I'm sure these will be well made.

Cancelled my PO on these.

Just can't pass on Prime1's movie turtles, ant they will be pricey. Every bit helps.

If you don't mind the exclusive accessories, I'm sure you can find them later on. I don't see a high demand for these. TMNT has always been a popular property but not often sold out or hard to find compare to other crazy hypes.
