I'm one of those who canceled because of the fabric. Seeing it in person, it's not the distraction I feared it might be. Yes, it would have been nice if they had weathered it up a bit, but it doesn't bother me enough to make me feel like I need to do it myself. I can live with this piece the way it is.

Exactly the same thing happened to me! And, yeah, when he his sitting on the shelf you really don't notice the red, what I notice is the awesome Armour, face sculpt and base!

that's funny, same here, except i cancelled and ordered mine like 3 times, and in the end i finally cancelled mine through ssc anyways and got a good deal from my lcs.

I keep waiting for play to reduce it, then I will buy it, How have people weathered the red on it as I think thats the first thing I will do myself to it?

Being totally honest I havn't bothered, when you get it in hand it really is not that noticable!

Do you reckon Play will reduce it? I waited and waited for them to do the same for the Aragorn PF than they sold out!!

Yup - Cancelled when I saw the red. Finally came around and picked one up with plans on weathering the fabric.

Opened it up, was blown away - and now I will probably leave it as-is.

Yep your running the risk of missing out, £179 aint a bad price imo.

I'd love to add Lurtz, but I'm afraid I'll have to settle for the Berserker.

Do you reckon Play will reduce it? I waited and waited for them to do the same for the Aragorn PF than they sold out!!

I know its not too bad a price, but im holding out for a slight reduction,
I missed out on the Battle above the black gates form them and cannot for the life of me find anyone selling one (you have 2 GG, sure I can't convince you! )
The red looks real bad in the pics, but I still want it and will probably just make do with it as it is!

I had an order for the Exc, bu looking at it I really am not bothered about the helmet, believe it takes away from the look of the Orc, you hardly see the helmed version in the film anyway.
Im holding out, at least until I sell my Han Blaster!

This is one of the very few PF's that I actually have a hard time deciding on how to display. I think I'm leaning towards to regular head, but I really dig the look of the helmet too. Very menacing...
