Quick update: Figured out how to get the right amount of "puff" in the tunic. It takes longer to make it than I had hoped, and adds just a bit more bulk... but I am happy with the look of it.

Nick - Found a really thin and soft foam like material at walmart... I tried 2 other materials first, and they didn't work at all. This worked out great!
Cool. It looks great. As long as it doesn't get stiff and look like Sub Zero is happy to see you, it should be perfect!
I've been looking at possible sculpted heads for these guys and have come up with the following so far. Please excuse my very poor photoshop skills
Sub-Zero: Sideshow Red Ninja, pic stolen from CTR
Scorpion: Sideshow Firefly, pic stolen from MD
I haven't found a good one yet for Reptile. Perhaps the Cobra Trooper. I'm just thinking if we got someone like Skiman to add the MK II masks to these we could get some nicely made heads for these and maybe save you some sewing time

Red Ninja?! You mean Ermac?! I mean sculpted heads in general, cause of the visor. Sculpted it could look perfect, cause you never know how fabric lays over the face, right?!

This is beautiful.... with all these details on his outfit, Sub Zero is going to be more than a regular black/blue ninja.
And for the G.I Joe's headsculpts suggestions, it will fit perfectely on him.

Well, the TT head doesn't fit the Royce body. This is unfortunate. I will have to hollow out the inside of the head, as well as thin down the rubber on the neck a bit. You'll have that. I am going to try to make some progress on this and the tunic tonight... we'll see if I can find the time.

Well, good news, bad news. I had to modify the neck a lot to get the head to fit. Overall, I am totally happy with it. The arms look amazing. The head does sit a little higher than I would like, but with everything on you really can't tell.
The bad news is that when you form the tunic to the body, as seen in the pics below, a lot of the "puff" is gone. In the first pic, his right shoulder has no stitching, the piece that hangs over his crotch has the old way, and his right shoulder has the new way. It will have to do. It still looks pretty damn good though, so I am happy with it.

Haha, I was typing your exact thoughts when you posted. It does sit higher, but I am OK with it.
Firefly would still make a stupid awesome Scorpion.

I think Firefly's is totally the way to go on Scorpion. I can look into seeing if we can get a sculpted face mask (ie MK II) and then we could maybe look into casting them.

Buttmunch - I forgot to tell you about this... I was looking at some accessories I had that came with the Ignite Ninjas, and it came with 2 spears... perfect for scorpion. (see image below, I think the scale looks pretty good)
Krec - My plan is to finish this one, then make another one from scratch (most likely a Scorpion) so I can come up with my time involved... then I will throw a price out there and we'll go from there. I do intend to make some to sell, since so many people are interested. Right now people are interested in Sub-Zero, Scorpion, and Reptile.
