Glad to hear that mate, I got mine back a few months ago but they had a certain amount of time to appeal against it but that expired at the beginning of the month.

Seems very variable. Think they just don't like getting stung and see if we give up. I had to chase the "investigation" 3 times. They had computer issues twice (the scanned documents were lost lol). Am I the only personal that thinks that's unacceptable if you are running an international bank lol
