I've got the Nexus, it's not bad at all.

I haven't had any issues other than an audio problem--it's happened a few times where the audio starts sounding distorted for a few minutes, but only with the screen off.

Ice Cream Sandwich is pretty awesome, although it was a big change going from Gingerbread

I had the OG Droid as well before I got the Razr. I read somewhere that they should have ICS for the Razr early next year.

It's not just the Nexus. I bought a Bionic three weeks ago, and the first two weeks were filled with data connectivity issues.

Looks more like Verizon's entire 4G LTE network in general. Even the RAZR is affected. But not every RAZR. Just like not every Bionic or Nexus.
