I lean towards movie discussion in the movie section.
If you try to keep it in the license specific forum, casual fans who are interested in the movie (but who don't follow the comics, collectibles, etc.) will start duplicate threads over and over. I think that's an indication of where a lot of the movie fans are (and aren't) looking for discussion. We can spend a lot of time merging and deleting and closing threads, or we can just let them stay where they have a natural tendency to crop up by the nature of their movie-related nature. When the collectibles for the film inevitably appear, the resulting threads tend to end up in the appropriate location--and as long as that happens, then I'm OK with specifically film and movie trailer related discussion happening in the TV/Movie area.
Example--If an Iron Man 2 trailer comes out, the discussion will likely happen in the movie section; if an Iron Man 2 statue is announced, the discussion will wind up in the Marvel Collectible section. I can live with that.
But that's just my two cents--and in today's economy, it's actually only worth about 1.42 cents, anyway.
