MP3 to ringtone program??

I made a ringtone for my current phone on that website. After you make it...it gives you the option to have it texted or to download it back to your computer.

If I can get the file to convert from mp3 to 3g2, then I may be able to get it to work. But I don't have any programs to do that.

Edit. Never mind, I converted it, but still wont work. My phone either sucks, or well, that's it.

Edit again..wow, after some re-working, I got it to work. Yowsa.

It turns out the ringtones for my phone don't need to be 30 seconds or less. I can keep a whole song on there. How cool is that!?!
