Found it on ebay. Just kept typing in "coat" and scouring. I've seen it a couple of times since then. It is perfect but the back needs to be tailored and taken in and I couldn't have him wearing anything underneath because it just looked bulky.
I tried out a layering technique where I started off with a burnt sienna as a base coat and layered with raw sienna mixed with an agent that dilutes the paint and makes it more translucent. The effect is you get nice shading in those distinguishing wrinkles of his and a nice layered realistic-looking skin tone. It really is a nice sculpt. Now if I can just get good enough to do the eyes.....
