Thanks Fiend. Mine sit flush with the shoulder. The only problem is I can't find a way to re-attach the neck piece back together as there is not enough space for them to stick inside the cowl, even without grommet at top side. I don't want to risk breaking the cowl. Might be due to higher position of ball joint inside?

I don't think that will be any time soon if ever. He's doing 15 Joker heads w/ real hair a month until he tires of it. I'm sure that will keep him quite busy for the foreseeable future.
