Yub Nub? HA! SE Ending ALL THE WAY!

Even as a kid I hated that damn Yub nub theme. The SE ending music Fixed that in a heart beat.

I also like the fact that they added a bit more of Wege Antilles in the ending.

Would've liked to have seen a STORMTROOPER bashing an Ewok in ROTJ (like this).

Oh well. Time to snipe some Ewoks on Battlefront!

I like how the new music makes you feel like you're closing out a grand saga instead of watching Ernie's birthday party on Sesame Street. The original even had party favor sound effects. Ugh.

But what about that crappy new jabbas palace song though? hardly sounds like its from a galaxy far far away. To me its as bad as if they changed the cantina music from starwars!

I will totally admit that its mere nostalgia, but I like Yub Yub better. The new music is too sedate.

I don't have a problem with either the original or SE versions of the celebration theme. Since the original version of the scene took place entirely on Endor, it kind of made sense to have music that sounded like tribal Ewoks would have written it. But, with the galaxy-wide celebration of the SE, that music no longer fits, and something more sweeping was called for. And, as usual, John Williams delivered.

Thats a great point RoboDad. You have actually persuaded me. :duff

Sorry I prefer the Ewoks song. Come one lets give credit where its due, the Rebels had no chance without them so they should get the celebration.

With reference to the galaxy wide celebration, firstly... it's science fiction, anything is possible. But who's to say this is actually happening in real time. These celebrations could be happening at different times, when each respective planet heard the news. We're just getting to see how each planet reacted to the news at the particular times. Just a thought :)

Well yes, it doesn't have to be in real time; but I think it is most certainly clear that it is.

And sure, I guess "anything" is possible; but real time information wasn't existent anywhere else in the saga - so it didn't seem fitting here either.
