Here is my finished version of the Lobster Johnson 1/6 scale custom kitbash. I still have a few accessories I want to add but for the most part he is done! :yes

For those that are interested here is how I made him:
Head: Exclusive Cobra Viper
Body: Sideshow Prometheus 1.2 Viper (plan to add a longer neck)
Hands: Cobra Leader with custom painted “claw” symbol
Uniform:
Goggles: Reinhardt painted black with added leather straps
Wolf Belt Buckle sanded and repainted
Wolf Belt Pouches trimmed and altered
WW2 German gun Holster
Fritz Black Uniform Pants
DiD Jacket Dyed Black
Handmade Lobster Logo “bib” on chest. Removable, held on with snaps.
Crimson Guard Boots and Feet
Custom Handmade Leather Belt
Custom Base

I'm huge fan of comics Hellboy (I have all 8" Mezco comics series figures) and this is really nice figure! I will recommend you make him card with claw, many of card and add it around him Nice job!

A Lobster PF would be pretty awesome. It's a shame Sideshow and Hot Toys didn't continue the Hell Boy line with additional characters from the comics. I'd love to have a Captain Benjamin Daimio figure too. I may have to try doing that one eventually. Roger and the rest of the comic versions of BPRD would be great too.

NEW Photos!!! I replaced the body with the Cobra Viper Prometheus body and added a longer neck. Plus he now has all the "proper" grenades on his belt. I also touched up his "lobster claw" hand.

Great work mate. I love how the logo has come out. You use a stencil for that ?

Thanks! I tried using a stencil but I couldn't get it just right. I ended up painting it by hand with a Paint Pen and touched it up with some black citadel paint.

The head is painted by BillyB. The outfit is cobbled together from various places.
Ra's has always been my favorite memeber of the Batman rogues gallery and the Trinity outfit seemed to really reflect his personality.

Did you buy that Ra's HS off ebay ? If you did, that's a recast.

I don't know if its a recast or not but it still looked pretty bad *** and the cast was very professionaly done. Anywho I'm happy with the custom as a single piece. I think he turned out great.
