How could he not see it coming? When you've been up to no good and treat a public forum like a journal, it's no surprise you can't get any sympathy. Maybe if we didn't know certain things about his history, things would've gone better, but he up and posted about that too.

I can almost see a parody thread by Devil_666 on the horizon: "Help, guys. I've stolen money from my family to buy toys. What could they possibly have against me collecting? Oh, and don't offer realistic advice, or I'll bash your sexuality and call you names and stuff."

As far as the uncle is concerned, I have no advice. You say that if you stand up for yourself, he will make things worse. Can't think of anything else you can do other than move out or talk to your mom/grandma about it.

I probably am the only person in world that has this kind of uncle, he walked in my room today and said that I have to box up all my figures and store them away and that I'm not a little kid anymore, I don't even play with my collection I just display them there is difference, I'm 23 years old I should be able to do what the hell I want in my own room, my uncle has dead deer corpses in his house no one complains about that, but I can't even display figures from my favorites movies and video games? idk this just makes me angry, he has yet see to see my 1/6 scale figure collection which I'm making sure he never does cause if he even thinks about telling me to put those figures in storage or get rid of them, then all hell will break loose, thanks for hearing me out I hope no one else has to go through what I am going through right now

Unless you are in to this hobby, many times its hard for others to understand why someone would spend couple of hundred dollars on a single figurine and make collection of them. I just started not too long ago, and my wife has no idea how much I pay for these things......yet Don't worry about your uncle, just enjoy your hobby.
