My dad brought it back from Thailand....I don't think I've ever seen one here in the states. My dad did make one a long time ago but he welded it together. This one is much lighter and easier cleanup.

pork...we did do some chicken but the pork marinades a lot faster...

I couldn't tell you exactly....He uses a curry base sauce with coconut milk that he marinades the meat over night and then you use the sauce to baste while cooking....
