My first custom - Dengar

Those gloves look super the finish is excellent, how did you finish them off? Dorgs made some casts of the head I used, if you like that one, he might have some of them available, if not I have one more original and it's yours if you want it mate. I custom made the backpack, I think there are some pictures of it in the thread, i thought it was great at the time, but looking back I'd rather stay close to the original one and just add a few bits. Removing the plastic blanket and adding a fabric roll and adding some real buckles and straps would be enough I think. I've some left over bits if you need anything just let me know and I'll pop them in the post.

Thanks mate model filler to fill in the gap's/sanded down with fine grade wet n dry and then I put 3 coats of white and then 3-4 coats bleached bone warhammer paint. well I had ago at the head tonight what do you all think and thank you for the comments

Thank you this all started when I seen your's I needed to get one and start putting thing together I loved the head and wrap on your's.

I took a couple more photos to day in the daylight will try to get them some time to night, wife's calling again back to painting the house again

All the Dengars look great . I've most of the parts ready for my own , but am waiting for some Trooper armour to become available .

Evenings are starting to get dark and my ideas for the winter are starting to gather a little momentum. Unfortunately, they are still barely more than ideas at this stage...but Lobot, Rancor Keeper and Dr. Evazan are all on my wish list....along with Tuskens and Jawas...and put Dengar to bed once and for all!

Never in a million years did I think I'd ever be able to post these pics, I don't know how it happened but somehow I've got my Jabba and Throne and one day I may have my own Jabba Palace............

Very nice set up mate. I no can not wait for the night's to close's in and then I can lock me self a way and start work on a Han Solo head , Zuckuss full re-paint and a bit of custom work as well and I had plans to start a Lobot I have the figure it's a sideshow head and body but not who it was I'll some photos of whats going on

good choice of head for the Lobot clparker, I had toyed with the idea of using that Monty Pyton head also, delighted you choose that one, now we get to see both!

started on the eye's first trying to get them to look more insect like washed in green and then added a coat of blue wash

Looking very good there my man I'm liking the battlestar figure as well great paint job
